General

By placing an order on purravo.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms of service in full. The site is operated by Norvexion, a sole trader registered in France (SIRET: 994 709 376 00010).

Products

PURRAVO sells natural wood inhalers, nicotine-free and tobacco-free, intended for personal wellness use. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are added at checkout and vary by destination.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Norvexion cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Étienne (42), France.
