SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY — PURRAVO

Subscriptions

PURRAVO may offer subscription options for recurring orders (flavor refills, etc.). By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically at the frequency selected at checkout.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account under the Subscriptions section, or by contacting us at contact@purravo.com before your next renewal date.

Cancellations requested after a renewal has already been processed will take effect from the following billing cycle. The order already processed cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it has not yet been dispatched.

Modifications

You may modify your subscription (frequency, quantity, flavor selection) at any time from your customer account, subject to availability.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically paused until the payment method is updated.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Refunds on subscription orders follow the same rules as standard orders and are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
