RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PURRAVO


Our Commitment

At PURRAVO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used inhalers
  • Flavor refill packs that have been opened
  • Digital products (e-books, guides)
  • Items purchased during a final sale or with a non-refundable discount code

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@purravo.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the product if it is defective or damaged

We will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Do not send your item back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, PURRAVO will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return. PURRAVO cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@purravo.com with photos of the item and your order number.

In this case, we will offer you the choice between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement sent at no additional cost

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider as processing times may vary.

If the issue persists, contact us at contact@purravo.com and we will investigate.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
