Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 6 to 12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 8 to 15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on local customs procedures, carrier delays, or exceptional circumstances (public holidays, peak periods).


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount, as indicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Customs & Import Duties

PURRAVO ships internationally. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. PURRAVO has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@purravo.com with your order number.

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that investigations can take up to 10 business days.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full reshipping or a complete refund.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. PURRAVO cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@purravo.com. We will do our best to make the correction, but we cannot guarantee it once the order has been dispatched.
